Exactly, so I don't see either school leaving the Patriot League.

Now if Army and Navy could end up in a conference with Air Force, then they might give a longer look at leaving the Patriot League. However, I don't see any other scenario that could convince both schools to leave the Patriot League.

Even W&M's AD has publicly stated that it would consider joining the Patriot League if JMU ever decided to leave the CAA because it didn't want to be the only VA school in the CAA. Well JMU is leaving the CAA, so it will be interesting to see if W&M stays or not.
